Zapper U

Zapper Unit is our simplest offering. It is designed to clean the surroundings of a work station of a polluting process, such as the CNC drill shown to the left. In this example, the machine uses a lubricant/coolant on the working surface. With high temperatures and high rotation speeds of the drill, the work space is filled with aerosols of the coolant fluid, which is hazardous to the workers' health!

Zapper U can work continuously to trap all sorts of aerosols, be they liquid or solid. Its self cleaning technology ensures that its performance is not ameliorated even after months of being exposed to dense aerosol fog or smoke or clouds of fine dust.
